I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

I had a good time at Giorgio's house. Great strategic location for a convenient and quiet area. Yes, it is not brand new but I am sure that with the improvements already planned, the house will become really ideal, because Giorgio is already a great host. A pleasant experience.

Very clean accommodation, matches the photos. Well-equipped. Clean and comfortable bedding. Quiet accommodation. Appreciable air conditioning. We were hosted by Carolina, she was always responsive and accommodating to our requests. Only very small downside, during our stay we did not have access to wifi because of a box problem but it did not have a real impact on our stay. Otherwise everything was very good, I recommend it! Thank you very much Carolina 🙂

Cristina's house and garden are very well maintained. The dogs are very well behaved and have made the children happy. There are lovely beaches nearby. Best to have a car to make it easier to get around the beach.

Our stay was great - a really beautiful location with easy access to lots of stunning beaches all within a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk.

We had a perfect holiday in Marcos house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos on the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with weaver grill and separate laundry room . The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses in bed very comfortable! We were able to have all the meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace . Very good starting point for trips to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long beach walks. Marco is a very courteous, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

We've had a lot of luxury vacations. This was a highlight. The place offered heavenly peace, it was like living in a painting when you stepped onto the terrace in the morning and enjoyed the view. Contrary to our plans, we visited almost nothing of the island because we could not get enough of our vacation home. SHS, especially Marco, was a very warm, helpful, motivated and guest-oriented host, whose personal contact made us feel very protected. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was really fast and they always asked if everything is fine and if we need something. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood and only a 5min walk away from a lot of restaurants. The apartment was really clean and modern and totally worth it the money. Unfortunately one evening we discovered a cockroach in the shower so be a bit aware of your stuff and luggage but it’s a general thing in Cagliari so we definitely would come back for another stay in this apartment!

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

A slice of paradise in paradise! I'm Sardinian, for me it's not a surprise to see my beautiful land. But even more so, my expectations when I come home are very high. In August, I , my husband, and our two children were there. Sant'Emo is a discovery, an oasis of peace immersed in the golden colors of Castiadas. We fortunately happened to Gabriele and Cristina's beautiful house (photos you can see) With their natural availability and kindness they made the stay even more pleasant. They welcomed us and made us feel at home right away, always very attentive and thoughtful. Itwas really nice to meet them. Their home is a jewel, very clean, two minutes walk from the beach, equipped with all comforts, with a beautiful outdoor space, which we also enjoyed in the evening for dinner. It is a house with attention to detail, not only functional, but furnished with great taste and love We hope to be back soon , we already have a lot of nostalgia...

Our stay at Villa Azurella was beautiful! The beach access to the almost private sea was great, the outdoor shower was the hit and in great weather you don't actually have to leave the accommodation at all. If you're in the mood for a quiet beach holiday, this is the place to be. But everything important was still easily and quickly accessible. Thank you for everything, we had a great time!

We stayed in Federico's house for four weeks, from mid-October until mid-November. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning in the lovingly furnished house. We enjoyed the beautiful garden every morning for a hearty breakfast. In particular, we would like to mention Federico's generosity and trust in us. Upon our arrival, he greeted us, showed us the house and garden, presented us with a great gift basket with Sardinian specialties and explained the important functions in the house. We've been to a lot of Airbnb houses and apartments, but we've never found so many private art pieces and pictures. It was very generous that we were allowed to charge our electric car free of charge at the wallbox in the garden with the solar power produced on site. Federico was always immediately available and solved any small problems that arose immediately or explained to us what to do. We highly recommend Federico's house.

We had a nice week in Sardinia, friendly helpful host, responded quickly to questions. The apartment does not have a living room inside, but there is a large terrace.

Alessandro was extremely friendly and always proved available to help us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment is super modern, clean and comfortable. The location is also great and has parking ahead! I highly recommend it, thank you 🙏🏼☺️

Wonderful stay, really beautiful surroundings, a block from a beautiful beach. Hosts were so sweet and accommodating, they left us a plate of cookies and a bottle of homemade sardinian apertif. Great place if you are looking for privacy. Thank you!
