Waterfront vacation rentals in Quartu Sant'Elena

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Massimo‘s place is an absolute stunner. From the balcony facing the piazza, the incredible ceiling height, the tasteful interior, to the fantastic location for exploring Cagliari. Easily in our top 3 of Airbnb‘s we have ever staid in. Highlight was being right in the Sant‘ Efisio Procession Route on May 1st. What a luxury to watch such a spectacular event from your balcony! Cagliari seems to love clean streets and has a complex garbage collection system. Just be sure you can handle the early morning street cleaning noise and of any events on the piazza, as well as have familiarity with complex recycling systems. We could not have had a better stay and will recommend Massimo‘s place to our friends. Thank you, Massimo!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

We had a perfect holiday in Marcos house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos on the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with weaver grill and separate laundry room . The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses in bed very comfortable! We were able to have all the meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace . Very good starting point for trips to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long beach walks. Marco is a very courteous, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. Dear Andrea, Thank you for the wonderful time and see you very soon!

Perfect place for a young family with loads of seating and very well equipped for eating in. Enrico was extremely helpful and responsive. The beach is easily walkable and has a nice beach bar, and plenty of other beaches a short drive away. Perfect for a relaxing low key family holiday.

House where we left our heart, it was like being at home, equipped with every comfort, furnished with love and really equipped with everything, even hair straightener and everything you need for the kitchen oil,salt,etc… the coffee machine with pods, and accessories for the beach (umbrellas for those who don't have them and toys for children) house near the center about 10 minutes walk (but we always moved by car) but away from the chaos, reserved parking inside the garage very convenient because around the parking lots are impossible to find. The house is beautiful with 3 very comfortable bathrooms, both the one in the garage and the one in the bedroom. Impeccable cleanliness. What can I say about Davide and Alessia, very kind people who welcomed us warmly, even letting us find drinks in the fridge and welcome sweets. Always available I highly recommend this house to those who want to stay in this area. I challenge you to find better.

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s apartment. The view was great! The big street in from of the apartment can be a little bit annoying when you are outside. There is a big parking lot directly in front of the apartment and two big supermarkets nearby. Totally recommend!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Great apartment for families or couples of friends: 3 rooms, two bathrooms. Clean apartment with parking. Useful for those who want to use Cagliari as a base and then visit the surroundings. Very pleasant stay. Accurate and punctual host in his responses.

Silvia was a good host, she provided us with clear directions for a late-night self check-in. The accommodation absolutely matches the photos and description, within walking distance of the Poetto promenade.

This house deserves 100% attention for the beautiful view of the beach and the whole city. We were very pleased to stay here, all appliances are in good condition, the house is clean and cleaned weekly. It is also worth mentioning the neighbor's cat who liked to spend time with us) I recommend to visit here for the view and the feeling of privacy

Beautiful apartment, as in the pictures. All perfectly clean and cozy with warm touches. A location ideal for a walking tour of the city. There is a large parking lot and a suermarket next to the apartment. Any recommendations!
