New kitchen, quarts counters, cabinets, fresh paint and carpet/tile floors. New furniture. Nearby parks, shopping, and dining. Next door to breakfast (Tenth West CafƩ formerly Icebox CafƩ), coffee (Coffee Mind coffee shop) and massage (Classique Queen Anne Spa). Short walk to Macrina bakery. Few blocks away from Queen Anne Avenue where you can sip coffee at eclectic cafes, eat chocolate at Chocopolis, and read at a local bookstore. This outstanding apartment was built for a Son and Daughter-in-Law with very good taste. On the second floor of a home, very private, surrounded by trees, even though it is a city home.
