We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals (no oven), fridge, toaster and kettle. It is small but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Guest suite in Jacks Point

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , kitchenette studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite includes a dining table, sofa and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, jug and toaster. NO oven or cook top. The bathroom includes underfloor heating and hair dryer. The suite has its own private entrance with key in a lockbox.

Mavora 2 Bedroom Guest Suite

Relax with the family in this peaceful garden guest suite. Private entry via the side of the main property gains you access to a bedroom with single bed & wardrobe. The main bedroom has a king bed & another single bed. There is no kitchen or cooking facilities, but a microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster is provided. The property is located a short 8 minute drive to Frankton and Queenstown Central's shopping area. From there it is a further 10-12 minute drive to Queenstown's town centre.

Henrietta's Hut is a delightfully whimsical, traditional styled Shepherds Hut, named after a previous owner of our Heritage Property where the wagon now resides. Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer. .

A 5min drive to the base of Remarkables Ski Field, 10min drive to the airport, Remarkables and 5 Mile shopping centers and 25min to the heart of Queenstown. Perfect base and size to explore for two adults but has a pull out couch for a third guest or child. There is the Farmhouse Cafe and playground at the end of the street. Disney, Prime and Netflix included.
