A decent place to relax and have a good time in Xela as well as being authentic

the photos are not up to date so when one arrives at the location is not the same the number they put in does not communicate them directly with the hosts, they are remodeling their beauty salon so there were never people at the front desk or available for one so they have to be called constantly to be taken care of, the parking lot is around and they must walk to leave the car

The experience was very good, I really liked the place, I would just like it to be mentioned that it is a hostel and not a hotel. I was looking for a little more privacy and when you heard the person next door in and out there wasn't much. Overall the service was good and it's a place close to everything.

The hotel is exactly as described and seen in the photos. I had a good experience in attention, food and the room is very spacious and comfortable. The host communicated in advance, during and after, very good.

The turn to the driveway entrance was hard for me to find. The space is great though. I really loved the pool and everybody was very nice. Willing to go out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. Great place to stay.

Lovely spot! Ixmucané and her family were helpful and kind. They offer on site laundry, which was so helpful!

i had a great stay staying a week in a private room in this Hostal. Frank was very nice and very helpful. He is very good at communication and helped me with my Spanish as well. he also give me a lot of information when it comes to supermarkets, atms and good restaurants. The room was exactly like the pictures, and the sheets were even changed every 2-3 days. I would definitely stay again, thank you Frank!

We had a very comfortable stay at Sergio's place. He was very attentive, helped out at any situation we needed support and gave us a feeling like being at home! Definitely one of the best hosts I have met. I would come back, when coming to Xela again. Thanks Sergio!
