Seaview coastal home (5ppl) beaches 3min walk.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

Welcome to our nest (or Neyth in Cornish), where you can enjoy this semi rural romantic hideaway in nature, conveniently located 3 miles from stunning north Cornwall coastline. Take advantage of the array of beautiful beaches, ideal for the surfer, or open water enthusiast. With a rich culinary heritage, some of the finest chefs in the country are within a few miles, from Paul Ainsworth, Adam Handling & Nathan Outlaw to wonderful ‘pop up’ street food, so every taste and budget is catered for.

The Nook

A compact, cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet 50 yards from the cliffs. 104 yards from the beach and the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist gather with cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This location really is as good as it gets! Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. Kenmere House has almost a Mediterranean feel about and 2021 has seen a complete refurbishment for the whole property, which you’ll love for your stay. :-)

Garden chalet, self-contained, one person.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Cosy Garden Studio.

Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Always happy to give activity recommendations around Newquay and Cornwall.
