Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Quito

This is very nice spacious & well equipped apartment in one of the best areas (our favourite) in Quito. It is situated in a quite secure cul de sac which means it is really quite & peaceful. It is also located right next to the Megamaxi supermarket which is outstanding & has everything you might need. Also 500m away there is La Carolina park which is really nice on sunny days full of local Ecuadorian’s enjoying themselves- we go there often. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. We were a family of 4 adults & were very comfortable - our stay was for 30 days. Transport in & around the city is very easy with options being buses, taxi or the metro. Our host Patricia was also both very helpful, responsive & friendly. Highly recommended.

Nice stay, quiet area very close to Carolina park and mall El giardino. Very friendly sun in everything required. the only thing to improve is the TV that is Smart to connect to Youtube, Disney or Netflix, very useful at night when traveling with kids. Everything else was excellent and I would definitely be back.

This place was my base to explore the rest of Quito and its surroundings. It's super clean, comfortable and organized, the kitchen is well supplied. Veronica is very responsive and helpful. I recommend this place even if you want to be in the old town, as Uber and taxis are very affordable (~3 USD one way between this place and the old town).

The best place to stay in the most lovely area of Quito. Beautiful cafes and lovely people. The place is perfect, quite and save. Ideal for families. You have to book it. Cheers

If you're looking for a clean, safe place with great recreational areas, this Airbnb is a perfect option. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the care in every cleaning detail, which made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The setting is quiet, and gave me a lot of peace of mind to know that the area is completely safe. In addition, the recreational areas are amazing; there are spaces to relax, exercise or just enjoy the outdoors. Whether you want to have a quiet time or have fun, this place has it all. I'll definitely be staying here again on future visits. It is a place that combines comfort, tranquility and fun in a perfect way. I highly recommend it!

Patricios Airbnb was really well located near La Carolina less than a block from an incredible restaurant Somos. The internet was phenomenal (400mbps up & down) which was perfect for us.

The place was exceptional, my boyfriend and I had a great time there. Everything is very clean, tidy, modern. The building offers activities such as the pool, billiards, etc. It's a real plus! But above all it is the presence of Tanya who is very appreciated, always responsive and kind, she makes the stay easier and is always there to answer us and help us. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay!

The dpto was impeccable, we unfortunately enjoyed it very little because our visit was short!! But we look forward to returning soon. Everything perfect, also located in a nice area of Quito.

The apartment was comfortable, the building and the surrounding area were both safe and it was close to Carolina park, restaurants, and shopping. We were happy to take advantage of the gym in the building and we enjoyed starting our day hearing the children playing in the schoolyard. We would be happy to book again next time we are in Quito.

The apartment was in a great location with many stores/restaurants within walking distance. It had everything necessary for a long stay and I felt right at home. The internet connection was great and I was able to work from the apartment during my stay. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great, but the nicer thing was being able to spend a few moments with her Inca husky dog. All recommended 100%.

Patricia's place truly felt like an oasis after a long day exploring. The carefully furniture and decór created a cozy atmosphere, and i was sad to leave it. Patricia was very responsive and flexible, allowing me to extend my stay by one night due to a last-minute change of plans. Highly recommend!
