The house is extremely comfortable: the rooms and beds are spacious, all bathrooms are complete and spaces for common use, also spacious. The appliances are modern and work well, including the air conditioning in every room. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe: it has 24h security at the entrance although they allow access to services of transportation platforms or Delivery which provides comfort. Access is with key, very convenient. Marcela was in touch before, during and after the trip, with a very good predisposition and with super clear communication. I definitely recommend it.

Great stay! The host was very helpful and helped in everything that was requested. The house is exactly as in the description and it is very quiet in the region, I felt safe at all times. Not to mention that my bus advanced a long time and Alessandro agreed to release the checkin as soon as I arrived, it helped a lot. I loved it and would come back again!

Cláudia was super helpful to prepare the house for our arrival. The condominium is well located and the access was made quietly. Positive point for absolute quiet. The house is very well equipped, with air conditioning, barbecue and a full kitchen. I recommend it 100%.

we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Highly satisfactory stay. Well-built house, beautifully decorated and well located, on a street with buildings of great standard. The nearby beaches are very good and the neighborhood is very quiet and quiet. The space at the back of the house, which includes a swimming pool and barbecue, is grandly pleasant and familiar. Anyway, we spent a memorable week.

Totally recommended, good location, close to the beach and shops of everything you could possibly need. Well-equipped apartment in general, very nice building, although we did not use them we met the pool and common spaces and they are well maintained. Beautiful view of the balcony, with the Christ in front. Very attentive Jean, he helped us with a problem we had quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay again.

Had a great time in this house! Everything was perfect, from booking to departure. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, making the organization very easy. The house is spotless, clean and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, and the services provided (Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, etc.) exceeded my expectations. The days we spent in the apartment were great! The apartment is very well equipped: kitchens, rooms and other facilities with all the necessary utensils. We went to 7 guests and were well accommodated in the premises. The apartment is well Wide and with the cozy balcony and the rooftop with a very comfortable pool. I recommend it.

Very nice house, extremely well equipped in a great location in a nice and secure area. Housekeepers are nice and easily accessible. (Thanks to Jo for the mosquito repellent, without which the stay would just not be possible…)

My first time in Rio and it was enough for me to fall in love with the city, we hear so much bad stuff, but I managed to see a Rio as wonderful as the music! I believe everything has a good side and a bad side, big cities have problems but that doesn't define them. Rio de Janeiro is a place that makes you fall in love, I have never felt this way in a city, I hope to come back soon to see other places because 4 days was very little rs About the stay in this apt, it was 10 out of 10, Luis is very good people and Edson (trustee) is a wonderful guy, helps in everything, super patient, good chat and made us comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the condominium pool but that didn't hurt our experience at all. You will find a clean, cozy apt, with everything you need to eat and a very quiet neighborhood, so we were driving so it wasn't bad things to be a few minutes away in the neighborhood. Thanks a lot!

The stay was wonderful. The house is very cozy and well equipped. The location is excellent, making possible a pleasant and quiet walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a square right next door, where we can enjoy a good time outdoors. We stayed as a family and, from my grandmother to my granddaughter, we were all able to have fun with comfort and safety.

I certainly want to leave my thanks for everything, from the facilitation at the entrance to the exit , for all the attention and help what it took! The apartment is beautiful, clean and everything working perfectly well, with nothing missing! Wonderful location and close to everything you need! We liked very much to stay in Sergio's apartment which is situated at the brink of the atlantic rainforest and near to the Gavea rock. Sergio wellcomed us with tropical fruits and juice and informed us about the surrounding area . The apartment is quite and we had once during our 2 1/2 weeks stay the visit of a "Sagui"-monkey family on the balcony which was very interesting and amazing. There was also a charming cat always waiting for us on the balcony in the morning when we woke up and in the evening when we came home begging for some delicious food other than she got from Sergio. To walk to the Joatinga beach you need around 20 minutes and the last stretch is quite steep and slippery. Therefore It is better to go there with tennis shoes than with flip flops. We were very satisfied with the apartment and Sergio as host.

We would recommend Celia’s apartment to anyone! We are a group of girls and felt extremely safe. The building had 24hour security and Celia and her daughter Nena were so friendly and helped with any queries we had. It’s a great apartment, in a perfect location and has everything you could possibly need. We’ll be sure to stay here if we come back to Rio :)

The apartment is exactly as described: extremely clean, well decorated and with a structure that guarantees all the necessary comfort. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, good restaurants and all the charm of the neighborhood. The host was attentive from the first contact, always available to help and ensure a smooth experience. In addition, the bed is super comfortable, the wifi works perfectly, and all the details of the space show care and whim. Definitely one of the best accommodations I've ever had in Rio. I recommend without hesitation and I will definitely return!

Alexandre was the perfect host! His communication was extremely clear and he was very nice to offer us many recommendations of food and grocery spots. If I were to travel to Brazil again, I would only want to book with Alexandre! There is enough space for many friends if you plan to stay here, food is within walking distance and the famous steps are literally a 2 minute walk away! I absolutely loved my stay here and would do it all over again times 10!
