The house, views and host are all great, this is a very good option to stay at Oni Two minor things you should take into account staying here in winter: You need to support the fireplace for all the rooms to be heated properly (especially second floor) The final 100 meters of the road to the house are very steep and not every car can get there, however host was ready to give us a ride Overall it was a great choice, me and my friends had a great time, thank you Beso and Niko!

Our stay in Nikortsminda was made truly special through not only the exquisite property but also Archil’s unwavering dedication as a host. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem for a unique and memorable stay in the region of Racha.

Great guest house with a nice price. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and unobtrusive, the place was comfortable and clean. The location on the map is a little inaccurate, the house is towards the end of the village of Nikortzminda (on the left side, near the lake, which is located next to the exit to Ambrolauri). We will definitely stay again!
