Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Racha-Lechkhumi and Lower Svaneti

Ana's place is incredibly cozy and impeccably clean, with absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful green yard offers a lovely view, making it a perfect spot to relax. There is also a charming summer kitchen and a well-equipped barbecue area, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. The attention to detail and the serene atmosphere make it a perfect getaway.

Я искала уединенный комфортный уют, с большими окнами из которых открывался бы отличный вид. На солнечной стороне. И домик Сабы был абсолютным воплощением моего запроса. Одинокий домик на холме, в окружении яблонь, вдали от всего. Очень тихо и спокойно. Идеально, чтобы отдохнуть и просто наслаждаться окружением. Можно разводить костер, печку, валяться в гамаке, гулять по лесочку. Сам домик опрятный, аккуратный. Всё новое. Внутри всё из дерева: пол, стены, потолок. Мягкая комфортная кровать. Хлопковое белье. Очень теплые одеяла. Кондиционер не над кроватью. Хороший душ. Никакой живности в доме. В общем, есть всё что необходимое для проживания без забот. Видно, что хозяева старались и строили домик с душой. И сами хозяева - замечательные люди. Мы будто приехали к дальним родственникам. С ними было легко и приятно общаться. Помогали нам во всех вопросах и были очень радушны. Всё это оставило теплое впечатление, и большое желание приехать ещё. Спасибо! Надеюсь, ещё увидимся :)

Das Haus von Tamari ist unsere bisher schönste und außergewöhnlichste Unterkunft, die wir über Airbnb gebucht haben. Es liegt in Alleinlage am Hang über einem Dorf und ist über ein Schotterpiste zu erreichen, die am besten mit einem Allrad-Auto zu erreichen ist. Bei sehr langsamer und vorsichtiger Fahrweise geht sicher auch ein normaler PKW. Der Ausblick von Grundstück und Haus über Dorf, Tal bis hin zum Stausee und zum Kaukasus in die andere Richtung ist spektakulär. Das Haus besteht aus einem alten Teil mit den drei Schlafzimmern und einer Küche und dem neuen Teil mit superschickem Bad und Wohnzimmer, deren Fenster sich weit öffnen lassen. Weil es so schön war haben wir extraviel Zeit im Haus und auf der Veranda verbracht. Die Ruhe, der Ausblick und das Läuten der Kuhglocken waren einfach überwältigend. Tamari war immer superschnell zu erreichen und hat uns sogar spontan mit Essen und Wein besucht. Es war einfach wunderschön da.

Nice houses on large private property with plenty of privacy, unless you count unexpected visits by stay dogs and grazing cows. The kitchens were sufficiently equipped, bedding and towels provided for all guests. Unfortunately, the shower isn't blocked off by a curtain or glass wall, so the whole bathroom is flooded whenever someone took a shower. The dining tables could be bigger (and also nicer). The last bit of the street leading to the house is unpaved. A car without 4x4 could have trouble getting in or out when it's muddy after strong rain. Sadly, it was too early in the season (Easter) for us to benefit from the pool, but it looked lovely and would certainly be very enjoyable in the summer. Overall we had a pleasant stay and were very please with the communication. Some details of the houses could be improved to better match the rates.

The owner's house is located in a quiet beautiful area, the apartment has views of the mountains and vineyards. We were made very welcome and fed with a delicious dinner and breakfast. We would love to come back here again.

Очень уютный дом с камином, где есть все необходимое. Большой набор посуды, три спальни, тёплые халаты, умывальные принадлежности, хороший напор воды и чудесный вид на горы. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Идеальный дом для компании! Все было празднично украшено, чисто и уютно. С хозяевами легко коммуницировать. Очень рекомендую!

Thanks so much to Ana and her wonderful mom for making our stay in Racha warm despite of the cold weather outside ❤️ The house is located in the centre of Ambrolauri so you can easily get there by public transportation or by taxi (also Ana’s mom can help with a private transfer if you missed your bus as we did 😆) You can also easily reach the cafes and food stores by feet. At the same time it’s a very calm and peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by pine trees 🌲 The house itself is equipped with everything you might need and looks really cozy and homy. We came out of season when the weather is not nice yet, but it wasn’t a problem because there are a few heaters and the water was really hot. Really appreciate the tips Ana sent before and during the trip, I will try to come back in summer to see all the beauties around ⛰️
