The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms. Veranda with seating area and gas grill. High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV via fiber optic network. Fire protection via alarm center. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

Enten på stranda, rundt borrehaugene, og ved museumene på Karljohansvern. 10 minutters gange til Rørestrand for et friskt bad. 10-15 minutter til fergekai og sentrum. 30 minutter til Midgard viking senter og borreparken langs kyststien, som er 5 minutter fra hybelen. Public parking in the street in marked spaces, for a fee from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, until 3:00 pm on Saturdays and free on public holidays.
