The cottage is located on a secluded nature plot at the end of a closed road - just a short walk from the beach and Heatherhill. Child-friendly area with the possibility to unplug all year round. The house has 3 small bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a bathroom/toilet. Next, there is a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, a gas grill, and a pizza oven for free use. For families with children, we provide two weekend cots and a high chair, as well as a portable changing mat and toys. The frames for a good time with family or friends are optimal.

Welcome to our cottage in Orups/Gamlehus! Our half-timbered thatched cottage is part of the former stable of our 18th century renovated farmhouse in the small but charming village of Domsten on the Sound between Denmark and Sweden. The beach is a short 2 minutes walk away; the marina 5 minutes. Domsten is an excellent base from which to explore South-West Sweden and North East Denmark (a 20-minute ferry ride away). Excellent opportunities for cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities.

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Less than 10 km to Tisvilde and Gilleleje, both citys are very popular in the sommer season, here are everything from fresh fish shops to a lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping. All in All the perfect place to relaxe for a weekend or week.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.
