Wonderful home, very close to Dunnellon Trail and Rainbow springs. Good fishing in the backyard with use of the boat. Quiet area very relaxing anytime of year

This is my first time using Airbnb and it could not have been better, the dock was a real treat. My wife watched fish and turtles swim in the crystal clear water every day. The location is also great with the rainbow river and crystal river so close. I would recommend this home to anyone

This place is a hidden gem right on the rainbow river! No need to rent kayaks, canoes or paddle boards , it’s all there! The water is crystal clear my boys loved jumping in right off the dock. It’s within minutes of the state park and kp hole if you want to check that out but we realized we already had it all right in the back yard. We had smores at every night around the fire pit and enjoyed lunches at the picnic table. Robert is so laid back and was responsive within minutes. We will definitely be back to this exact house in our future visits to the area! Thank you Robert, your home is exceptional, we’re so grateful for the experience!

Max is such a great and friendly host. We had an amazing anniversary weekend and his place had everything we were looking for. The place was very clean and private and the available kayaks and private Bosch launch were such an added bonus! His place is nestled in the perfect location between the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow River and local restaurants. We will absolutely be back in the near future!
