Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Nimm dir eine naturnahe und minimalistische Auszeit im Tiny Anlautertal. Im idyllischen Anlautertal, einem Nebental des bekannten Altmühltals, kannst du die Ruhe im Tiny House und außerhalb genießen. Beim Betreten begrüßt dich ein angenehmer Duft nach Holz. Du schläfst in einer Koje mit zwei Fenstern, hast eine Essecke für zwei Personen, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Vor der Haustür kannst du auf der kleinen Terrasse vielleicht den Eisvogel hören und entdecken.

In the middle of the beautiful Monheimer Alp with its unique flora and fauna in the Altmühl Valley Nature Park, our completely renovated small farm is located in the outskirts of the Nadler village of Rögling. Hiking, cycling, canoeing on the Altmühl and motorcycle tours are possible right outside the front door. Dogs and other pets are welcome and free of charge. Free Wi-Fi, free parking.

The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. Located on the second floor on the southern side of the valley, the apartment is enthroned over the rooftops of the historic Westenvorstadt. In front of the historic Jurahaus, the Kapellbach spring ripples, where plenty of rainbow trout romp in the fresh spring water. Locals refer to the Kapellbuck-Idyll as the Little Venice of the Altmühl Valley. Cafes, restaurants, public parking and the island bath are in the immediate vicinity.

Our farm in the middle of the Franconian Lakeland is perfect for taking a few days off and vacationing in an idyllic landscape. Many cycling and hiking trails and the proximity to lakes offer both couples and families many leisure activities. Our farm is also in a quiet location for workers who are looking for an overnight stay in the vicinity of their workplace. Breakfast options and local delicacies are within walking distance.

Beautiful large apartment in an idyllic location

The room is suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two people. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the apartment, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake district are very close.

We offer an apartment with high variable usability. The living space extends over two levels. Next to the living area, the sleeping level unfolds as a gallery on the upper floor. The bathroom, with a shower or bath area lowered at the foot level, could be referred to as the third living level. A balcony with outdoor furniture invites you to relax or have breakfast in nature. The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
