Charming Townhouse with a Romantic Garden in the Old Town

Sit in the charming ivy-covered garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Our small home finds a great sense of space with its 2 stories, courtyard, and dining extension. Neutral gray and white interiors create tranquility and are ready for indulgence. *** We can accommodate up to 3 people (2 in the master bedroom on the 1st floor and 1 on the sofa bed in the living space) *** Two bikes free of charge will be at your full disposal during your stay if you will wish to explore the area or secluded beaches. *** We offer free parking space for our dear guests only few minutes of easy walk from us The house consists of two floors. GROUND FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, bathroom with hair dryer, shower and a living room space. A lovely terrace with dining table opens to a small garden with lounge area surrounded with Mediterranean plants perfect to enjoy your relaxing summer evenings hidden from the buzz of the town. FIRST FLOOR: A large master bedroom with an additional toilet and a sink. NOTES: The house offers strong air-conditioning system (in each room), satellite TV and a broadband wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare your meal. The large bed has a comfortable mattress that supports your spine. Washing machine and iron are at your full disposal during your stay as well as the electric barbecue. *** We can accommodate up to 4 people (2 in the master bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 on the sofa bed in the living space) *** *** Two bikes free of charge will be at your full disposal during your stay if you will wish to explore the area or secluded beaches.*** *** As finding a parking place in Rovinj can be quite challenging and one of the main pain points of the town, we offer parking space for our dear guests only few minutes of easy walk from us completely free of charge.*** Please do not hesitate to ask should you have any additional questions. I wish you a most welcome stay! Ile Whole space is just for your indulgence. Our little casa is situated in the very heart of the town Rovinj, only 50 m from the sea (second row from the seashore). You can find many restaurants, cafes, galleries and a local food market only few steps from the house, but as I am local... I will give you many tips where to go and what to do.
