Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

La maison se situe à 5mn du centre ville de Gap, 20 mn du lac de serre ponçon A noter que le rdc de la maison est un appartement pour 2 qui peut être loué à ces dates (ils n’ont pas accès au jardin et à la piscine)

With an area of approximately 38 m2, the apartment consists of an equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, bedroom and beautiful bathroom. Ideal for couples or groups of friends, you can enjoy our charming department from our chalet. The entrance to the accommodation is independent, directly overlooking the outside. Access to the pool is only possible from 10/07 to 5/08

Independent house close to all sites and amenities, a 5-minute walk to the city center. It is located in front of the main house (also commendable) and benefits from a rooftop terrace as well as a private dining area in front of the accommodation. Please note, the accommodation is small, 11 m2 in total. It is perfect for a person or a couple max who stroll during the day. The studio is fully equipped, with kitchenette and separate bathroom area. Quality sofa bed.

Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
