The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

This cosy place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Whether you want to go shopping, have a meal in the historic centre of this medieval town or take a walk on the riverbank of the meandering river Inn, this place is in the middle of it all. Many Medieval structures of Wasserburg remain intact, giving the city a unique character. The “Altstadt,” where the apartment is located, is an easy bus ride from the train station, making everything accessible without a car.

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed. The architect made optimal use of the hillside location to the east for the apartment located in the basement. Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
