Hi everyone, you are staying in a 1-room apartment (27 sqm - 3rd floor of a quiet apartment building - without an elevator) located directly at the beautiful Schrevenpark. The apartment was completely renovated in January 2023 and modernly furnished. Holtenauer Straße, the city center, the university, shopping, restaurants & cafes, as well as the KIEL WEEK are within walking distance. Free parking is in and around my street - possibly waiting time.

The former barn of our farmhouse we have converted into a cozy apartment and thereby preserved some original but nevertheless modern and ecologically expanded. The old slave chambers serve as bedrooms. One of them is furnished with a double bed, the second with a single bed. The living room with open kitchen offers space for television, reading, playing, food and gathering. The gallery also has sleeping places for 2-3 people.

Welcome to my cozy 3 bedroom apartment at Gerhardstr 47 :) The apartment is very centrally located in Kiel in a traffic-calmed side street of Holtenauer Straße. Just around the corner are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants & also a bus stop. The apartment offers two bedrooms also a cozy living room. If necessary, an airbed can be set up for other guests. In addition, I will set up the baby bed if necessary:)
