Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

It's easy to feel at home here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cozy 27-square-metre cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-metre veranda offering a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Furnished cabin, no electricity and water. Simple kitchen with small gas refrigerator, gas stove and water tank. Stove with plate. Outdoor toilet and private dock. Double bed on the sleeping loft and bunk bed that is best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.
