This place is a real architectural gem – designed with a lot of love and perfectly thought out. High-quality materials, clean lines and a harmonious sense of space make the stay special. Good location and easy parking. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. High speed internet. No microwave and TV is a bit on the older side. Would stay again.

We stayed in Sabine's accommodation for the second time. The cottage is very clean and perfectly equipped with a lot of love for detail. The location is a good starting point for various hikes to the surrounding castles or excursions to the surrounding towns. After an eventful day, you can relax perfectly in the associated sauna. We will also be happy to come a third time!

We had a great and comfortable stay as a family. The apartment is large, very well equipped and clean and is located in a quiet area. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Sights such as gemstone/auxiliary loop etc. can be reached in a few minutes by car. Would we book again!!

Everything was great and everything you need so far was there. The apartment is wonderfully large and nicely furnished. It's a bit noisy when you sleep towards the street. So better take Oropax with you ;)

We had a great stay at Lisa's place. It was a very nice apartment and I'd say the only thing missing, for us, was a microwave for those times when we didn't feel like cooking. Other than that, the apartment had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed being able to do our laundry during our long stay (one month), and there were grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment was great and fully furnished. Even little things like garbage bags, cleaning supplies, coffee filters and a few spices were there. Two- and four-legged friends were received in a very friendly manner :-).

Beautiful apartment - quiet location. The perfect place for an active vacation, here you can live comfortably and sleep peacefully. The shopping is diverse, the boulangerie on the French side of the border is max. 1 km away. There are many programs in the area. Absolutely ideal for holidays with children.

Nice apartment with plenty of space and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for exploring the Palatinate - well-known wine towns such as Deidesheim, Bad Dürkheim, Wachenheim, Forst or Neustadt can be reached within a few minutes by car, and it is also not far to the Southern Palatinate. If you want to go hiking, you can also quickly reach the Palatinate Forest. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Niederkirchen, the landlords Wolfgang and Ellen were very friendly and accommodating and responded quickly to messages. Even in winter, the basement apartment is nice and warm thanks to the underfloor heating. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back - thank you!
