In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Fabulous 4-Bed House in Dinan Port

This beautiful historic building has been renovated to the highest of standards, whilst still retaining its character and charm. There are four large bedrooms, a huge well equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room with views of the famous Viaduct. The building is located in the port of Dinan which has many wonderful restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the city centre. The property has been officially classified as 4 star accommodation.

Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Head to Saint-Malo aboard the P'tite Barque. Immerse yourself as a couple (+ child) in Malouin life by staying in a charming 37 m2 tiny house attached to our pretty house. Let yourself be lulled by the sweetness of the place in the heart of Paramé (all shops, local market) and walk to Rochebonne Beach and the Sillon. Cozy, comfortable accommodation offers a living/dining area, equipped kitchenette, bathroom, mezzanine bedroom and two terraces.
