We had a great time at Sebastien's apartment. It is very well located in Saint Malo Intra-Muros. The description in the listing corresponds perfectly to reality. This is a large apartment with two real bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen.

We had a lovely stay at Thomas's. The apartment is conveniently located for visiting Saint-Malo and its surroundings, and is perfect for a couple. The key exchange was very simple, with also flexibility for check-in time. All amenities and restaurants are within walking distance, it's very nice. Finally, despite the fact that it is located on a busy street, it did not disturb our sleep. The bed, on the other hand, tends to squeak heavily, it surprises the first time. A beautiful apartment for those who want to visit the corsair city!

We had a great time at Jean Charles's, very nice apartment, quiet place, easy to access. Jean Charles was very welcoming and available. The apartment is very well-equipped, maintained with modern decor. We highly recommend it and would love to go back for a future stay. 😊

Sandrine and Bruno's apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beach and the center of Dinard. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Ideal for a few days with two by the sea. Sandrine and Bruno are very responsive and welcoming, even from afar. They are easy to make the most of the stay. We thank them.

It's been the 2nd year we stayed at François's place, it's a real pleasure to come back, the accommodation is functional, very comfortable, well located in the St Servan neighborhood where everything can be done on foot, intramuros easily accessible on foot too. Private parking space, an undeniable bonus. François is a very welcoming host, he is attentive to his tenants and responsive if needed. We sincerely hope to come back next year.

We had a great time at Gildas's place, the apartment is super functional and well-equipped. The floors are a little sporty with children but it's good! We loved the area!

Luc's house is as described. The top floor is especially cute with its cabin air. The house is a 5-minute walk to a beautiful sand beach. Luc was very kind and allowed us to stay later than the classic hours so we could enjoy the beach until the last minute.

Very nice and spacious house. Everything you need Several types of coffee maker , spacious shower, functional and modern kitchen. The small private living room was much appreciated by the teenager. Large bedroom with bathroom access is ideal for a couple with a young child.

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

We had a great time with the family. The house is very peaceful, clean and as described. Maude is very responsive. I would highly recommend it!

Étienne and Valerie are welcoming hosts, available and nevertheless discreet. We had a great week in the adjoining house of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the crossroads market three minutes' walk and the beach 7 minutes' walk also make it a perfect place for holidays . Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. Highly recommend this rental for a couple who love to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Lovely old fisherman's house, very nicely renovated. Ideal for a few vacation days, great location to enjoy Granville and the coast. The toilet is at the RC and the bedrooms on the second floor, we go down the steps as in a boat, you have to be mobile but otherwise it's perfect! The house is very well equipped and Emmanuelle is really accommodating, responsive and friendly, everything was very easy! Thank you

Warm welcome , full of good advice given, very nice and functional house close to the ocean. The hammam and fireplace are great extras. If we decide to return to St Malo, we will choose Dominique's house again.

Great stay at Mareva's apartment! Mareva was not there but as expected it was Samuel who welcomed us and gave back the keys. Everything was very good, the apartment is very well located, pleasant, with of course a magnificent view! It contains everything you need to cook as well. This is the first time that we are also satisfied with a rental: beautiful location, cozy and warm apartment, comfortable bedding, more than necessary in terms of supplies, delicate attention and availability from the owner, what more could you ask for! We will definitely be back.

Zabeth and Pascal's apartment was wonderful - I had a brilliant time, and wish I could have stayed longer. They were thoughtful, generous and very kind, always happy to help. The apartment is so beautifully laid out and put together, everything thought through, and not lacking anything. It's a relaxing and delightful place to be. Then, both locally and a little further away, there is just so much to see and do and enjoy. It's a rich area, historically, culturally, and naturally. I absolutely loved my time here, and I hope to come back again some day. Thank you, Zabeth and Pascal, for such a special and delightful stay.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. Excellent stay in Dinard at Laurence's. Perfect communication, clear instructions. Very good hosting and explanations. Accommodation faithful to the photos,very clean,very well appointed and equipped. The private parking space is a great plus. Very well located,everything is on foot,walks,beach,market. Discover Saint Malo,Cancale,Mont Saint Michel by car. We'll be happy to go back.

This is our second stay in this apartment ideally located in the center of Val-André close to all facilities. The Carrefour City is convenient because it is open 7 days out of 7 with large hours on weekdays (7am - 10pm) and opening on Sunday mornings (9am - 1pm) but the prices are expensive, you only have to go for an extra shopping. This supermarket doesn't accept paper restaurant checks, only cards... Emeline was very friendly and responsive when I needed to contact her. The apartment is well equipped but might benefit from being a little better stocked with cutlery. Very comfortable main sleeping arrangements as well as the sofa bed. The sea views offered from the balcony and the sunshine of the apartment are a real plus. No opposite. In short, I highly recommend the Côtes d 'Armor for its beauty! The beach of Val-André is so beautiful with its walk on the dike several kilometers long. JP
