Entire downstairs of a house with one double bed. There is nice bathroom with shower. There is a microwave, coffee, massage chair, outdoor grill and picnic table. Internet and cable provided with fire stick for the TV. Fire pit and hot tub are shared by other guests. Up to three and all size dogs or pets are allowed and welcome. The three acres has a lovely place for them to run and has been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Please note: key replacement $30 if lost or taken

Stained glass windows, pocket doors. 4 bedrooms, 9 beds ...two of the bedrooms have 1 queen and a daybed with trundle, third bedroom has 1 queen and fourth bedroom has a daybed with a trundle (this room is still awaiting some floor work but is function-able for sleeping) and a full size couch can be used as well in the TV room which has doors for privacy. We have approximately 20 private acres of hiking rails, ponds, streams, and woods. 15 miles from Lake Fairlee, 26 miles from Dartmouth College, 44 miles from Woodstock VT. Golf course at nearby Lake Morey. Not suitable for children or pets, sorry.
