Beautiful house and accommodation located on a cape in Råneälven. Close to water and forest. It has fully-equipped, modern kitchen and toilet with washing machine for comfortable accommodation in quiet and beautiful Norrbotten. The northern light is common at the house. You can even see it from the bedroom, if the weather is right. One bedroom with double bed. Note: There is no cot available. In the living room there is two beds that can be taken apart. Also two sofas that you can make in if you're a big party.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
