Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rangeley Plantation

This home was exactly what we were looking for! The host was amazing! Very prompt at returning messages, instructions were simple yet thorough, would highly recommend!!

Everything was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The hot tub was great. Be aware that it is in full view of neighbors so bathing suits required! Tim was a great communicator!

This is my favorite AirBnB So comfortable, clean, relaxing atmosphere Has everything you could possibly need and more Set up is so cozy and welcoming... Other places dont offer so many amenities and often they seem like left overs or an after thought...not Jeff's place...very top notch will be there for a third stay for sure

This Airbnb experience was truly exceptional! As a frequent Airbnb user over the past 10 years, I can confidently say this stay was a standout and one of my all-time favorites. Kevin was phenomenal—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I’m so grateful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, making cooking dinner convenient and fun. The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. I would gladly book this place again; it truly set a high standard for Airbnb stays!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

My friends and I had a great time staying here for our ski trip! Nicholas’s listing was a great find for the price. The drive up there was gorgeous and everything was exactly as described. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

I had a great stay at Michael's apartment/condo. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It has more than everything you'd need to cook for yourself. And, the view is pretty fantastic, too--it looks right across the valley to Sunday River and up towards Old Speck and the Grafton Notch area. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara's place for many reasons: easy check-in, beautiful, peaceful setting with the river and woods behind the home, very thoughtfully furnished with guests' needs in mind (including the pets), clear instructions for use and care of things in the space. Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The unit was spacious, clean and cozy. Loved the old time feel of the place. Suzanne was very proactive and responsive to all our needs. We plan on booking here again later in the season.

Great spot, less than half an hour from sugarloaf and considerably less expensive, very home away from home feel with everything you could need and more, very responsive and helpful hosts!

We had a wonderful weekend in Newry. Kevin was quick to answer any questions we had. The space is beautifully decorated and just enough space for the two of us. It was peaceful and private. We missed out on snowmobiling due to the warm weather but we enjoyed riding our e-bikes. We will definitely return with our machines next winter. Thank you so much for everything!

Great stay at Stephanie’s place - super easy ski on and off location! Cozy and functional first floor unit. Kids loved having access to the outdoor pool!

The house looked great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. Spotless, roomy, beautiful view, easy ski-on / ski-off, fireplace, nice kitchen, two king beds plus two rooms with bunk beds for the kids, large dining area. We hope to return soon.

Great location for skiing at Sunday River and getting to town for food. All 7 of us were comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The waffle maker was a big hit! The neighborhood is quiet and great for long walks.
