There is 1 step down in the living area “ 70’s style sunken den”. There are two full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting and not our personal use. WiFi is included, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There is large wooded backyard with private deck with fenced in yard. Private parking in front of home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Walking distance to The Ross R. Barnett Reservoir, a public boat launch, and nice walking trails, this house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. One king sized bed in the master with a half bath ensuite. Two queen sized beds in the two other rooms with a full hall bath. The large living room has a sectional with a chair and a 50" smart TV. The house has free Wifi. The full kitchen is not a cook's kitchen but it is equipped and we have great local restaurants so you may want to order in!

The Fisherman's Pearl is a friendly, clean and welcoming get-a-way. We hope you enjoy the lake/river front location with its very inviting sundeck and enormous views from almost every window. The Fisherman's Pearl is equipped with plenty of room for parking boat trailers. The nearest boat launch is less than a mile away. Simply launch your boat and use our boat house. Outside hook ups (water and electricity) are provided to recharge batteries as well.

This facility does not allow parties. The price quote is for four (4) people. Any additional guests (3) will be charged $30.00 per person per night. Fees for early check-in and late check-out are payable upon arrival/departure. One pet allowed with a maximum weight of 25 lbs. A coin laundry is available for your convenience.
