Vacation rentals with lake access in Mississippi

Rickey’s place is extremely clean and comfortable! Stayed for a very quick trip to see the Egg Bowl and it was really worth the money. Highly recommend!

Our family group of 14 had a great time here. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us without feeling crowded, there was so much for everyone to do. The kids were busy all the time with paddling in the water behind the house, basketball, ping pong, soaking in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows. The house was so well stocked with everything we might need and much more. This is a great place to stay with kids of all ages!!!

Jessie’s place was very clean and peaceful. We loved the screen in porch and hot tub! Jessie was super responsive and checked in frequently which was very nice.

I don’t like to sound so cliche’ but this place literally felt like home away from home. So clean and cozy! I would recommend this space to anyone wanting to stay near the reservoir or in the metro area in general. 10/10 would recommend!

This peaceful, beautiful home is right on the river. Our family loves staying here. We love this home, the yard, surroundings, and most of all the amazing owner. Jennifer is an awesome host.

We had a great stay. To further expound on dirty utensils, they may have been left by previous guest. We had a problem with the grill, and Mike was very helpful getting that resolved. This is an extraordinarily nice house. The setting is very quiet. Nice to have a carport, and there is plenty of parking if you have multiple vehicles. Small county roads may be difficult at night if you are not familiar with the area.

I love to stay in places that are a little unique - just like this. Super close freeway access, but you feel a world away. Big cool space, tons of safe parking for a boat, trailer or whatever you are towing, and a pretty pond out back. I grabbed a rod out of the boat and caught 5 bass in about an hour! Great stop on my cross country trip.

Peaceful and located on beautiful land. Roosters and chicken and kitties on property! Close enough to Ole Miss yet secluded and private. Delightful stay!

What a fantastic place. Quaint and cozy. Just enough outside of Oxford that it felt like you were in a different place. Quiet, peaceful, cute farm animals, and Buddy was the best greeter!! Highly recommend this place for a couple.

Jessica was such an amazing host. Her place was very clean and close to MSU just as described in the listing. Great communication and very friendly. She had a Bible in her house too which was a plus for us. We felt welcome and at home.

Very nice condo overlooking the marina. The beds are very comfy, the kitchen is perfect, and the living room was very relaxing. Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying here. It's an excellent place for the price. The pool is right outside, and we were usually the only ones in it. It's perfect for getting away for some peace and quiet, but not too far from fun things to do. It is an apartment, and we did hear the people next to us a few times, but it was minimal. Maddy is an extremely responsive host, and we felt well taken care of!

This place is so nice! The location is perfect, close to everything, but still far enough away. We loved the house and will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very cute and just as described. The property was very peaceful and well maintained. We were a short drive to the MSU campus and restaurants. Some outdoor seating at the cottage would be a nice addition. I think the weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee.

This place is beautiful. It looks even better in person than the photos. The entire property is so pretty and peaceful. The living area is really large and it worked perfectly for our large family event in the area. We had a nice big place to hang out after the event. We used the kitchen to feed up to ten people with no issues. A note for coffee drinkers - you don't need filters for the coffee maker, it has a reusable one. We did run out of paper towels, and there wasn't enough dishwasher soap for how often we used the kitchen, so we had to provide our own. There also wasn't access to any cleaning materials so when we had a spill on the carpet we had to get our own cleaning supplies for it. That's not the owner's responsibility, just wanted to point it out for those coming later. You're going to love your stay here!

If you’re looking for a place to leave the hustle and bustle behind and get in the middle of nowhere where rest, peace and relaxation is perfect, then this is the place! It’s an older home but is decorated so cute inside.

Great country get away!! Even tho I was born and raised here throughout my childhood the place felt like home. It’s a dead end road where the family owns most of the end so not a lot traffic. Plenty of room and very quiet. This was my third or fourth time booking the place and has not disappointed me at all.
