Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The 80m² apartment is located on a 1000 m² and separate recreational property in a central location facing the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom stream is only about 50 m away (bathing area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in the years 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. *Through other listings, bookings for the other apartment on the first floor (100 m² for 6 people + 2x extra bed) and the entire house (2 weeks) can also be made.

We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within walking distance. The apartment is 45m² and has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed,shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.
