The electricity-free cottage gives you the opportunity to be present here and now. A separate summer kitchen on top of the rock with amazing views is a point of pleasure. Gas stove and grill available. There's a bed for one in the barn. The sauna has a loft and a pull-out sofa bed. You also have access to a rowing boat and a paddle board. The hot tub heats up for a separate fee. There is a campfire place on the beach. There are a lot of stairs in this place, so please note when booking.

Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Old farmhouse and outdoor sauna

Here's your chance to get to an old country house cabin to spend the summer and heat up a separate wood-burning sauna. The house is surrounded by fields and forests. You have access to a kitchen with dishes for four, an electric refrigerator and a gas stove, bed linen (your own linen or rented for 10€/person). Electricity comes to the cottage with a solar panel. If you want, you can feed the cows in the traditional pasture. 7 km to the center of Rantasalmi, where you will find the nearest grocery stores. You can drive your own car to the cottage yard.

Taiga Kallioranta – cottage and lakeside sauna

TAIGA KALLIORANTA A small, self-catering luxury cottage of 30 m², open year-round, in the quiet of Vääräjärvi, between Mäntyharju and Ristiina. A peaceful getaway for couples, for remote work, or for a creative break. Here, there is no noise from cars or neighbours; instead, you are surrounded by pine trees, a lake, and a rocky shore. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The evening is crowned by a sauna just 10 metres from the beach. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests.

Rantasalmella Pale Moka

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is located on the shore of a small inland lake, a shallow sandy beach. The property consists of a cottage of about 25 square meters, a fence and a “barrel sauna.” Outdoor shower. The home has electricity and carry water. There is also a lot of use (self-heating). Petipaikat for 5 people, best suited for couples or a small family. About 40 km from the center of Savonlinna, about 19 km to Rantasalmi. The property is our beloved cottage, so please treat it accordingly.

Log cabin on the shore of a quiet lake

Tämä perinteinen hirsimökki tarjoaa rauhallisen piilopaikan aivan järven rannalla. Paksuista hirsistä käsin veistetty mökki huokuu rauhaa. Mökissä on korkea olohuone, varaava takka, keittiö, tilava puusauna muotolauteilla ja suihkulla, pukuhuone, wc, nukkumaparvi ja makuuhuone, katettu kuisti ja erillinen vilpola saunan jälkeiseen vilvoitteluun. Kesällä paikan tunnelmallisena erityispiirteenä on lehmänkellon kilinä viereisellä, aidatulla metsälaitumella kun pieni lauma saapuu rantaan juomaan.

Lilla Hammar

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Smoking and pet free area. Children are wellcome.  Warmly wellcome to our guest!

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

The house is well equipped and has a large terrace, lakeside sauna with a glasshouse and an outside bar. There is everything you need for relaxing and lovely vacation in peaceful nature.

Villa Saimaa Swan Bay

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
