Stayed 9 days, satisfied. We were by car - convenient location, quiet neighborhood, very easy parking on private property, no problem finding the address. Ground floor, private entrance with no steps. The property has good heating and constant hot water pressure in the shower, at the time of check-in it was cool - this is solved by adjusting the battery and after a day the place warmed up well. The kitchen is convenient: we cooked 2 times a day, but I would really like a microwave - we replaced it with an oven, so everything was ok. Our sleep was never disturbed, the bed is comfortable, the blankets are very warm. Check in instructions come automatically on the day of check in at the Airbnb.

We have stayed at Matthias already for the 4th times and the appartment is still the same quality - perfect.

We came across this place. Since everything was easily accessible from here. In one direction Dolomites and in the other direction Bolzano ….. The reception at the accommodation was very warm, the accommodation, and surroundings were very well described where to find what. We felt very comfortable, but you can only use the accommodation to stay overnight anyway, as you can experience so much here in South Tyrol during the day.
