New! Exceptional and dreamy location, just a few minutes (2km) from the superb village of Saint-Tropez. This house benefits from optimal sun exposure as well as a breathtaking sea view. The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!

Not overlooked, garden, swimming pool, barbecue, panoramic view of the great blue, the islands of the Levant and Port Cros. Very quiet place located between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire, nearby beaches and shops. The non-private pool is shared with the owners. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
