Monthly Rentals in Ražanac

We stayed in Croatia, rented an apartment in Ivan, we were very satisfied! The apartment is clean, everything is as pictured, the beach is literally 10 meters away, there are two wonderful cafes nearby. Free umbrellas and sunbeds are provided on the beach, which was very convenient. Host Ivan was always in touch, allowed to use the grill on the premises, where there is a comfortable large table for alfresco lunches and dinners. Free parking was a nice bonus. The only thing missing was a corkscrew, but we bought it and left it for other guests. It would also be handy to have a microwave to warm up food and a broom with a scoop so you can clean up a bit as sand is applied from the beach. But it's not critical. Otherwise, everything is great, we recommend it!

Ivan kindly welcomed us at 12 PM, as our plane landed in Zadar around 8 AM. As a welcome gift, there was a bottle of homemade apple juice and wine. The place was as described in the ad, the parking space was large enough for our rented Fiat 500 (larger cars also have space). Ivan even provided us with cooling pads and a beach umbrella on request. We are completely satisfied, can recommend this place to anyone and will be happy to come back any time :)

We arrived late and Jelena waited for us without a problem. Everything was explained as it was You have to. For the Check out no worries it was also flexible

the house was just as it is presented in the listing and it had everything a group of 6 people could need. the distance to the sea was also fantastic.
