Enjoy our private dock on deep water, perfect for swimming & fishing. Two paddleboards are available for use. An orange arrow marks the gently sloping gravel path to the lake, right across the street from the house. Plenty of room for boat trailer parking on-site! Double Springs boat ramp is only a mile away.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Paths for long walks. Architect James Fox designed this cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Peace of Hart Retreat!

This peaceful retreat has everything you need to relax and breathe. It overlooks farmland pastures with wildlife and livestock in all directions. It is 6 miles from downtown Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewer, and many community affairs. It is just a few miles from several lake access points. Plenty of easy maneuvering parking for your boat! This would make a great long term work related stay as well. Sorry, but no pets. Security cameras are on the exterior of home.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
