Es un departamento sencillo y funcional, que cuenta con lo necesario para estancias cortas y está a una calle de los principales atractivos de la Condesa. El departamento se encuentra en la planta baja con vista a la calle, por lo mismo puede oirse el ruido normal de la calle, aunque esta es muy tranquila y tiene poco transito vehicular, hay mucha gente que pasa caminando y platicando, es un barrio con mucha vida nocturna, sobre todo de jueves a domingo, hay mucha gente joven y extranjeros.

It has a safe and daily cleaning is offered, laundry service (free for stays of at least 5 nights) and we have covered parking on the property.
