The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the first floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but in the living room the couch can also be converted for two more people to the comfortable queen size double bed.

We offer for rent a charming small studio with a direct access to the terasse and to the garden, near Arnufsplatz, in the old city centre of Regensburg. Although central, it has a very intimate character, perfectly suitable for a romantic weekend.
