Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in the village of Courmas in the Natural Park of the Reims Mountain, 13 km from Reims. We are labeled 3 stars Gite de France. In our cottage everything is included, towels, bed linen and towels. Our cottage has independent access to our house and free, enclosed parking or a parking space in front of the cottage. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park.
