Huge attic apartment in the countryside

Vergiss deine Sorgen in dieser geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten Dachwohnung mit Blick auf Wald und Wiesen. Neben der komplett eingerichteten Küche gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Gefriertruhe, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, einen Fernseher mit Blueray und eine Bücherecke. Desweiteren gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer (PC) mit kleinem Yogabereich und ein Wäschezimmer. Insgesamt finden 6 Menschen einen kuscheligen Schlafplatz. Es ist absolut ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen.

Die Ausstattung erlaubt auch längere Aufenthalte. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Stadtzentrum können sie ganz gemütlich in 15 Gehminuten erreichen. Eine Haltestelle ist unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Ein eigener kostenloser Stellplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Vacation home: Idyllically located, 1.5 km from the center, perfect for relaxing and recharging. Three floors with a kitchen-living room, tiled stove, living room with TV, bedroom (extra bed for up to 4 people possible), modern bathroom and washing machine. Cycling and hiking trails nearby. Ideal for relaxation, nature vacations or creative retreats.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic view over the city of Schiller and Heidecksburg Castle. The 80 sqm apartment has partly self-designed furniture, which was manufactured by the in-house company. You will stay in a sunny (southwest-facing) location, close to the center and yet close to the forest for beautiful hiking tours in the grove. One parking space is available right in front of the house. You can relax on the balcony.

The Kirschhütte is located in the middle of the Kirschberge between Engerda and Schmieden - to switch off from everyday life, to immerse yourself in nature, to find your way back to the original - simply a different vacation. Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Garten im Ortsteil Taubach, idyllisch an der Ilm gelegen, 5 km vom Stadtzentrum in Weimar entfernt. Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping, doctors, train station and bus are a 5-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and equipped with the most important things. A great place to feel good for short and long-term trips. There are 2 bedrooms. A double bed which is 160 cm wide and one that can also be extended to 160 cm. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here.

The entrance to the apartment is by key box. We are also happy to be there for you personally.

The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
