In a small hamlet of 4 houses, quiet, perched on the hill, it offers an unobstructed view of the valleys. It is at the foot of the forest and has all the assets for a total disconnection. The house is 3 minutes from Rémalard where you will find all the useful shops: bakery, cheese shop, grocery store, butcher, hotel-spa, Intermarché!

18th century norman farmhouse in the heart of Perche, 1h45 from Paris by car or 2h by train. Very well restored (exposed beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace...), with a beautiful garden of 3.000 m² on the edge of field, a petanque field a few tens of meters from the house, all the ingredients are put together to enjoy the countryside and larges spaces. Close to the green way that connects Paris to Mont Saint-Michel, the surroundings offer multiple possibilities for hikes and walks.

Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage fully rehabilitated in 2019 in respect of the Percheron building (old tiles, lime coating, exposed beams...). With all the comforts you need and fiber, it's the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is available according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be on the agenda.

Beautiful walks will be easy because the house borders the Réno-Valdieu state forest.
