Monthly Rentals in Renner

I stayed at Judys place for the week while I was working in town, and I had everything I needed! I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen so I could cook my own meals, and she included laundry detergent and dryer sheets so I could do a load of laundry while I was there. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. I had wifi issues while I was there, and Judy was quick to respond and fix the problem immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Fairly spacious. Host was very welcoming, clear with directions, and responsive. I had a great stay!

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Very cute little place in a nice neighborhood. Very clean! It was the perfect place to relax for the night and recharge before another day of exploring the awesome things Sioux Falls has to offer! The house was within 15 minutes of everywhere we planned to go. Highly recommend the Butterfly and aquarium, movie theater, Great Plains Zoo, and Big Sioux Burger restaurant next to the Falls. If we are ever in Sioux Falls again we will definitely check here first to see if it’s available. Thank you, Debra for having us!
