Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
