Peaceful, newly built house of 240 sqm with great views of the sea as well as decorated to really cozy up and hang out in. Large living room, kitchen and dining room in one (about 90 sqm), two more living rooms (one with TV, a craft room). Four bedrooms, one of which is also office. Three bathrooms. Large terrace with many seating areas and hot tub. Blueberry rice and forest in the back and lovely sea views from the front. 150m to swimming, 500m to play/swimming area, 15 km to Vaxholm, 30 km to central Stockholm.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

We have pool open all year round, Come swim this winter! Share with friends and family. We are on a closed road in the archipelago, far from traffic and the city! It includes exactly everything you see in the photos! Come here and relax! We also offer a Jacuzzi, sauna, 100 m2 roof terrace, sea view and towels, sheets and bathrobe (included for 12 people). I assure you that you will have the best holiday. Two beaches within 5 min! In the low season, I can give you early entry!

Located in the fantastic Stockholm Archipelago with easy access to the City, our villa has all the comforts you will ever need. From the many outside terraces where you can relax have a drink or cook dinner on the BBQ with a sea view. A short walk down from the house you will find a small sandy beach and some cliffs from where you can go for a swim. The area is very tranquil and relaxing. In the winter you have a fireplace and a sauna, and a nice big bathtub.
