Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Resende

We had a wonderful stay in this little paradise. The view is beautiful, the accommodation is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The north entrance to Itatiaia Park is relatively not far away and there are walks next to the house (waterfalls etc.) Wifi works great for those who work remotely. Thanks to Adriana but also to Jaci, Janilson and Silvana for their availability, we hope to be back soon!

Gourmet area and impeccable pool, I loved it 100% organized house and with everything you need. One negative point was the water pressure and 2 of the 3 showers in the house. I found it weak, so I directed all the baths to one bathroom only. I could have used another fan. Two was not enough for a very hot day. Since there's no air-conditioning. Otherwise, everything was very good

A refuge inside the Alcantilado! The cosy house with a large green area and a lovely balcony covered by Angel Shoes. Gramado with a place to network close to the river and also on the balcony. Large room, illuminated and with a fireplace for the colder nights. Shower with great water pressure and gas. Kitchen complete with stove and oven, large refrigerator and glasses and cutlery and appliances. I spent a beautiful carnival listening to birds and observing nature, vi hedgehog, hummingbird, saracura of the swamp, many butterflies and also saw time pass different from the big city, with more calm and silence. I had good breakfast and afternoons that I will remember until the next holiday I come back. This house is the end point in the debate between stay at AIRBNB or hotel, I stay with Casa do Alcantilado no doubt! Very thoughtful, flexible and friendly host. You communicate very well and quickly. Casa corresponds to the photos and information passed, very comfortable, cozy and functional, with Wi-fi, Netflix, coffee maker, microwave and all the utensils necessary for the stay. We went to Carnival, we had water shortages, but nothing the host had anything to do because it wasn't a problem with the house. We managed to solve it in the best way possible. It was our first time in the region and the experience could not have been better! The place is extremely clean, beautiful, decorated with very good taste and full of details that show affection and whims. Impeccable and wonderful, these are the words that describe my stay! The chalet is beautiful, comfortable and quiet, waking up to the noise of birds. It is in a more secluded location, but very close to the centre of Visconde Mauá. When I arrived I was very well attended by Margarida, who gave me all the instructions, tips and map of the place, with the places to eat, waterfalls and places to know! The workers were wonderful! Besides everything, it has an unparalleled breakfast, with fresh, tasty and varied food! I was very, very happy on this trip and I will definitely be back soon!

Casa otima, extremely clean and new, furniture and appliances, impecavél kitchen serving in all aspects both for breakfast and lunch, well-conditioned living room and bedrooms, each room being a suite, bed, towels and impeccable bed linen, very well decorated with furniture of extreme quality, quiet place, close to the center of Penedo with the possibility of walking. Lucio was extremely proactive helping us in everything we need, we were extremely pleased with the apartment. Recommended with eyes closed is home.

The accommodation is very close to the city, with everything very neat, clean, with an impeccable structure. Excellent bed, TV channel with various options, bathroom with hot water and the sensational hydro tub. The very high point of the accommodation, without a doubt, is the delicious breakfast that is served. The Host, Elisangela, is always very attentive and helpful. Point to point out is that, in my opinion, it is not a chalet, but a suite. It's a house with two en-suites. One on top and one down below. But nothing that obfuscates the beauty of the place and the excellent structure.
