Cozy 3 1/2 room attic apartment with southwest balcony, in the Alpsee Grünten vacation region at almost 1000 m altitude. A little off the beaten track in a quiet location, hiking trails and ski tours right in front of the house. From here you can reach both Füssen with its wonderful royal castles, as well as the ski jumping village of Oberstdorf by car in approx. 35 minutes. In the vicinity there are various adventure pools and also thermal baths to relax. Five Alps within walking distance invite you to linger.

In unserem 500 Jahre alten Bauernhaus wird Tradition großgeschrieben, diese spiegelt sich in unseren ruhigen und gemütlichen Zimmern wieder. Natürlich gibt es auch eine Kochmöglichkeit in unserer Gemeinschaftsküche. Die dazugehörigen Holzferienhäuser wurden nach moderner, baubiologischer Art erstellt und strahlen eine große Gemütlichkeit aus. Die absolute Entspannung bietetet unser Wellnessdörfle. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

In the heart of the Upper Allgäu is our quietly located 1-room apartment on the outskirts of the beer village of Rettenberg. The apartment was newly built and completed in early 2024. Whether hiking, cycling, swimming or skiing - our apartment offers the optimal starting point for any outdoor activity. There are also numerous ways to spend a nice time outside in nature in the immediate surroundings. Just walk out the door and up the mountain!

In this beautiful apartment you can relax, unwind and breathe deeply... From the balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Tannheimer mountains. You have a small fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping and a living area with sofa. The apartment is ideal for one or two people. There is a stable internet connection for concentrated work. From the front door you can hike, bike, cross-country ski in winter and snowshoe.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.
