The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

Cozy farm-house apartment from 1796

The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is located in the left wing of our double-farmhouse, built around 1796. The separate entrance gives you the feeling to live in your own house. Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm. Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim, PreZero Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and technical museum Sinsheim ~ 10 min drive. The event location ‚Landgut Schloss Michelfeld‘ is a 2 minutes walk.

Relax in Kraichgau

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

Vacation home Gedel Elise

In the middle of the sports community of Heddesheim is the lovingly renovated, spacious apartment for 1-7 people on the upper floor of our former farmhouse. You will find "4 bedrooms" (see pictures), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a kitchen with spacious dining area, as well as a living room and a large lounge area in the former granary for playing, listening to music, reading and chilling. A washing machine, dryer, 2 high chairs and 2 baby cribs are provided.

New modern loft

Our lift is located in a family neighborhood and very centrally. It is 150 m to the S-Bahn and 250 m to the tram, which takes you to the city centre in about 20 minutes. From there, you can comfortably stroll into the old town, past many shops, cozy cafés and enjoy a view of Heidelberg Castle at the end of the shopping street. You can also quickly reach Mannheim (about 25 min) or Karlsruhe (about 45 min) by S-Bahn. Perfect for a day trip.

The apartment is located in a semi-elevated location of Esslingen with a fantastic view of the city. The quiet location on a cul-de-sac guarantees relaxed living. The cozy living-dining room invites you to linger and the spacious bedroom guarantees soothing relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the bathroom is bright and modern. Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

The lovingly renovated attic apartment with loggia offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Neckar Valley and the Kraichgau. There is an open plan kitchen, dining, living area and 2 bedrooms. A staircase leads to the converted attic. The turn of the century with sheep pasture and spring lies in front of the walls of the historic festivals of Dilsberg and invites you to relax. The apartment is in the station building, which was built in 1868 by the Baden district building authority Heidelberg from local, yellowish sandstone. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Two families of friends had a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where guests feel completely comfortable. Thus, two modern, ecological wooden houses were built, which are furnished with a lot of love for detail. They are located right on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you can enjoy a wide view of the Odenwald low mountain range.
