Das Ziel: Fühlt Euch wie zuhause! Wir kümmern uns leidenschaftlich um unsere Gäste. Wir kennen Köln und die Umgebung wie unsere Westentasche und teilen gerne unser Wissen mit unseren Gästen. Unser Haus bietet Platz für die ganze Familie und liegt nur 20 Minuten entfernt vom Dom, dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Phantasialand.

Well located in the "21st apartment" in Düsseldorf. This approx. 40 sqm apartment is in a great location, quiet and absolutely central, in the heart of Düsseldorf. Within walking distance through a beautiful park, you can reach Königsallee in 10 minutes, or in the other direction, the modern media harbor. The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars are right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

You can reach everything like the Arcaden (mall), grocery stores, pharmacies, train stations, fitness club within 5 minutes of walk. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

To my apartment is to say that I live here. My offer is not an apartment, but a normally inhabited residence. When guests come, I move on to my mother's place. My apartment is fully furnished. You will even find food, coffee, tea and milk. The apartment is therefore not sterile, but alive. I offer a futon bed (140x200)and a sofa bed.
