Living and vacationing in the middle of the Siebengebirge

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly next to the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has a private parking space and a small front garden.

1 room on the ground floor, freshly renovated, own new kitchen, and separate bathroom (approximately 25 sqm in total), triple-glazed windows, close to the city center, quiet, and quickly surrounded by greenery, near the Rhine, with a very beautiful Rhine river promenade where you can easily walk or bike to the center. The apartment offers sleeping space for 2 people in a loft bed or on a comfortable sofa bed.

Separate entrance, 2 rooms balcony and bathroom

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

Modern B&B, near Bonn, separate entrance/bathroom

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. The light, cosy appartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from Bad Godesberg centre with good transport links to Bonn, Cologne and the airport, but also close to long walks in the outdoors or cycling routes on the Rhine.
