The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

In the west of Duisburg, on the city limits to Krefeld and Moers, our apartment (45 square meters) is located in a quiet side street. Due to the nearby highway A 57 (about 2 km) with the junctions to the A 40, A 42 and A 44, you can quickly reach worthwhile excursion destinations on the Lower Rhine and in the Ruhr area, the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. If you have to work temporarily in Krefeld, Duisburg or Moers, you will find comfortable accommodation with us even for a longer period of time.

In our apartment, equipped with a lot of love, you will feel comfortable in the 75 sqm feel-good apartment. The apartment is centrally located (train station 5 minutes walk, Düsseldorf highway 20 minutes) good connection to the highway. The laundry can be washed by me for a fee of €3 per machine. In the kitchen there is a fully automatic coffee machine and microwave. Spices, sugar, flour, and the first welcome drinks are available for the time being. If something is missing, I'm always happy to help.

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. Nice apartment in Moers. Close to the city (15 minutes walk), Moers highway junction 1 km away. Arrival by car or bike is recommended.(Shopping, services , medical care , pharmacy) all in close proximity . A chic apartment, modernly furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Electric kettle and coffee maker are also provided for use. Coffee pads and tea bags are available, linen and towels are provided .
