Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

(Natura 2000, FFH) Nur geeignet für Naturliebhaber und abenteurlustige, sportliche Gäste. Geeignet um Wasservögel zu beobachten. "Waldküche" mit fliessend Wasser, Gaskocher, Kochtöpfen, Geschirr. Kompostklo, Grillplatz. Unser Wohnhaus und Parkplatz sind ca 100 m entfernt. Baden im See möglich, ein altes Surfbrett steht zur freien Verfügung.
