On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

The apartment is very urban and can also be easily reached by car, walking, bicycle or by bus no. 12 from Lucerne train station. The apartment is small but nice and is located in a 2-family house. There is a separate Entrance area, living area with armchairs and a small kitchen. The bedroom is separate and suitable for 2 persons.
