The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. My property is located in Strickscheid. A very small, quietly located village in the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm, in the Germany-Belgium-Luxembourg border triangle. Both neighboring countries are about 25 minutes by car from this property. You'll love my place because of the very quiet location (remote location) and the beautiful views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
